Article 1 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the SORELL Eyewear webshop.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Article 3 – Products
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. Minor colour variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and do not constitute grounds for cancellation of the agreement.
Article 4 – Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly stated before you complete your order. SORELL Eyewear reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors.
Article 5 – Ordering and Payment
An agreement is concluded once your order has been placed and payment has been received. Payment can be made using the payment methods offered during checkout.
Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Exceeding the indicated delivery time does not automatically entitle you to compensation or cancellation of the agreement.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. For the applicable conditions, please refer to our Returns & Warranty Policy.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, we kindly ask you to handle the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, just as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.
If the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary for this inspection, SORELL Eyewear may charge you for any resulting loss in value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Once you have informed us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to SORELL Eyewear within 14 days.
The direct costs of returning the product are your responsibility, provided that you were informed of these costs before the purchase agreement was concluded.
Please return the product, where reasonably possible, together with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging. The absence of, or damage to, the original packaging does not automatically invalidate your right of withdrawal. However, any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be charged accordingly.

Article 8 – Warranty
All products are covered by the statutory legal warranty. In addition, SORELL Eyewear provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and material defects, as described in our Returns & Warranty Policy.
Article 9 – Liability
SORELL Eyewear shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from an attributable failure to fulfil its obligations. In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, unless otherwise required by law.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property
All photographs, designs, texts, logos, product names, and other content on this website are the property of SORELL Eyewear or are used with permission from the respective rights holder. No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Article 11 – Privacy
We process personal data with care and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 12 – Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@sorelleyewear.com.
We aim to respond substantively to every complaint within 5 working days and will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Article 13 – Governing Law
All agreements with SORELL Eyewear are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Article 14 – Amendments
SORELL Eyewear reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
