Warranty

 

All SORELL Eyewear products come with a statutory warranty.
In addition, we offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects.

The warranty covers, among other things:
- manufacturing defects in the frame.
- loose hinges during normal use.
- material or production defects.

The warranty does not cover:
- normal signs of wear and tear.
- scratches on the lenses.
- damage due to drops, impacts, or improper use.
- damage due to incorrect cleaning or careless storage.
- wear and tear resulting from normal use.

To claim warranty:
Send an email to info@sorelleyewear.com with
- your name;
- order number;
- a clear description of the problem;
- several sharp photos of the damage.

We will assess your request as soon as possible and always look for a suitable solution.

Depending on the situation, we will repair the product, replace it, or offer you a suitable alternative.
