FAQ
Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 2-3 working days.
You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.
For Belgium and Germany the delivery time is 3-5 working days.
1. The product is unused and undamaged
2. The glasses are in original condition
3. Original packaging is present
4. Return form has been completed and attached
5. Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 5 business days.
1. Complete the return form.
2. Pack the glasses securely, preferably in the original packaging.
3. Add the return form to the shipment.
4. Send the package to our returns address.
5. Please retain proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a refund within 14 days via the payment method used to place the order.

Was your product damaged or delivered incorrectly? We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and attach a photo of the problem. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
